سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
عزيزتنا العميلة،
بكل سرور، تقوم هزار باستبدال أو استرجاع مشترياتكِ خلال 15 يوماً من تاريخ استلامكِ للطلب.
حالة المنتج
- أن يكون غير ملبوس، غير مغسول، وغير معدّل.
- أن يكون بحالته الأصلية مع علبته.
كيف تبدئين
- تواصلي معنا على واتساب +965 9092 2124 ومعكِ رقم الطلب — لا حاجة لأي فاتورة ورقية، فرقم الطلب أو رسالة تأكيد الطلب تكفي.
- نردّ عليكِ خلال يوم عمل واحد، ونرتّب استلام المنتج من عندكِ.
تكلفة التوصيل
- مجّانية تماماً إذا كان المنتج معيباً أو مختلفاً عمّا طلبتِه.
- في حال الإرجاع أو الاستبدال لسبب آخر، كالمقاس أو تغيير الرأي، تتحمّلين تكلفة التوصيل.
استرداد المبلغ: يُعاد إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها خلال 14 يوم عمل من استلامنا للمنتج، وقد يستغرق ظهوره في حسابكِ مدّة إضافية حسب البنك.
الاستبدال: إذا لم يكن المقاس مناسباً، نستبدله بالمقاس المتوفّر دون رسوم إضافية على قيمة المنتج.
ملاحظة: الإرجاع والاستبدال للطلبات الإلكترونية يتمّ عبر خدمة العملاء، وليس عبر الفروع.

HAZAR will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 15 days of delivery.
Item condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- In its original condition, with its box.
How to start
- Message us on WhatsApp +965 9092 2124 with your order number. No paper receipt is needed — your order number or confirmation message is enough.
- We reply within one business day and arrange collection of the item from you.
Return shipping
- Free if the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
- For any other reason, such as size or a change of mind, the delivery cost is yours.
Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the item. Your bank may take additional time to show it.
Exchanges: if the size is not right, we exchange it for an available size at no extra charge on the item price.
Please note: returns and exchanges for online orders are handled by customer service, not in our branches.
