سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
عزيزتنا العميلة،
نوصّل طلبكِ إلى جميع مناطق الكويت، والشحن متاح داخل الكويت فقط.
- التوصيل القياسي: 2 د.ك — من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل.
- التوصيل مجّاني للطلبات التي تبلغ قيمتها 30 د.ك فأكثر (بعد الخصم).
يمكنكِ إلغاء طلبكِ مجاناً في أي وقت قبل شحنه، عبر واتساب مع ذكر رقم الطلب. أمّا الاستبدال والاسترجاع فمتاحان خلال 15 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام وفق سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع، ويجري التعامل معهما عبر خدمة العملاء لا في الفروع.

We deliver your order to all areas of Kuwait. Shipping is available within Kuwait only.
- Standard delivery: 2 KD — within 1 to 3 business days.
- Free delivery on orders of 30 KD and above (after any discount).
You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it ships, via WhatsApp with your order number. Exchanges and returns are available within 15 days of delivery under our Exchange & Refund Policy, and are handled by customer service rather than in our branches.
