الشروط والأحكام

مرحباً بكِ في متجر هزار. باستخدامكِ لهذا الموقع وإتمامكِ للطلبات من خلاله، فإنّكِ توافقين على الشروط التالية.

الأهلية

  • الشراء من الموقع متاح لمن أتمّ 18 عاماً، أو تحت إشراف ولي الأمر.
  • عند إنشاء حساب، أنتِ مسؤولة عن سرّية بيانات الدخول وعن الطلبات التي تتم من خلاله.

الأسعار والمنتجات

  • جميع الأسعار بالدينار الكويتي وتشمل الضرائب المطبّقة، إن وُجدت.
  • نحتفظ بحقّ تعديل الأسعار وتوفّر المنتجات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. السعر المعتمد هو السعر الظاهر عند إتمام الطلب.
  • نبذل جهدنا لعرض ألوان المنتجات ومقاساتها بدقّة، غير أنّ الألوان قد تختلف قليلاً باختلاف شاشة العرض، وقد يتفاوت المقاس بين الموديلات.

الطلبات والدفع

  • يُعتبر طلبكِ مؤكّداً بعد إتمام عملية الدفع واستلامكِ رسالة تأكيد الطلب على بريدكِ الإلكتروني.
  • وسائل الدفع المتاحة تظهر في صفحة الدفع، وجميع المبالغ تُحصَّل بالدينار الكويتي عند تأكيد الطلب.
  • نحتفظ بحقّ رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال نفاد المخزون أو وجود خطأ في السعر أو البيانات، ويُعاد إليكِ المبلغ كاملاً في هذه الحالة.

إلغاء الطلب

  • يمكنكِ إلغاء طلبكِ مجاناً في أي وقت قبل شحنه، بالتواصل معنا على واتساب +965 9092 2124 ومعكِ رقم الطلب.
  • بعد الشحن، يخضع الطلب لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

الشحن والاستبدال

  • يخضع التوصيل لسياسة الشحن والتوصيل المعتمدة لدينا.
  • يخضع الإرجاع والاستبدال لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع المعتمدة لدينا.

حدود المسؤولية

  • مسؤوليتنا تجاه أي طلب لا تتجاوز، بأي حال، قيمة ذلك الطلب.
  • لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو تعذّر في التنفيذ ناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا، كتعطّل شركات الشحن أو الظروف الاستثنائية.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات الموقع من صور ونصوص وشعارات وتصاميم مملوكة لـ«هزار»، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن خطّي مسبق.

الخصوصية

نحترم خصوصيتكِ ونتعامل مع بياناتكِ وفق سياسة الخصوصية المعتمدة لدينا.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختصّ المحاكم الكويتية بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

Welcome to HAZAR. By using this website and placing an order through it, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

  • Purchases are available to those aged 18 or over, or under the supervision of a guardian.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for orders placed through it.

Prices and products

  • All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar and include applicable taxes, if any.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your order.
  • We make every effort to display colours and sizes accurately; colours may vary slightly by screen, and sizing may differ between models.

Orders and payment

  • Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation by email.
  • Available payment methods are shown at checkout, and all amounts are charged in Kuwaiti Dinar when the order is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of stock shortage or an error in price or details, and you will be fully refunded in that case.

Cancelling an order

  • You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships, by contacting us on WhatsApp +965 9092 2124 with your order number.
  • After shipping, the order is subject to our Exchange & Refund Policy.

Shipping and exchanges

  • Delivery is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to our Exchange & Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

  • Our liability for any order shall not, in any event, exceed the value of that order.
  • We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruption or exceptional events.

Intellectual property

All website content — images, text, logos and designs — is owned by HAZAR and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the Kuwaiti courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
